This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is effective as of 4/23/2024. This Policy describes the types of information that A Sales Growth Company, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, with offices located at 1023 Walnut St #100, Boulder, CO 80302 (“ASG”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) may collect from you (“you” or “your”) or that you may provide (“Personal Information”) on through our websites and/or applications (the “Gap Selling Online Training Platform”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that Personal Information. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update it.

This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you and ASG. If you are entering into this Policy on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Policy, in which case the terms “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. Automatic collection of information

We will retain and use your Personal Information for the period necessary to provide you with access to the Gap Selling Online Training Platform, comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Data Breach
